We want every homeowner who reaches out to Thoughlimited Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by talking to the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Thoughlimited Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot decide anything for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency in Texas that oversees pest control.
Email contact@thoughlimited.bond. Please include:
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
